CTV Atlantic's popularity is also due to its unflagging commitment to the community. CTV Atlantic contributes funding, resources and time to a large number of community and regional charitable organizations, particularly those supporting children.

Of its most important commitments, CTV Atlantic is very proud to produce and broadcast the Annual Christmas Daddies Telethon, which annually raises over $700,000 to assist local children and the annual IWK Telethon for Children - Atlantic Canada's largest fundraiser in support of the regional children's hospital.
